MY APPROACH
I view counseling as a holistic and collaborative process. I believe everyone has a unique story to tell and I strive to offer my clients a safe space to explore and process their personal experiences. During our time together, I hope to help my clients find a balance between change and self-acceptance. I bring a kind, genuine, and warm presence and invite my clients to speak from the heart. I have great respect for my client’s individuality and their ability to find their own path, solutions and direction in life. My role is to assist clients in uncovering those answers and support their development with “unconditional positive regard.” I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, narrative therapy, psychodynamic interventions and existential framework. I support my client's needs and goals while honoring their unique background and life experiences. In working together, I hope to empower my clients and support them in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
I consider it a privilege to do this work and witness the remarkable resilience of the human spirit. I would be honored to join your on your journey of exploration, healing and growth.
